Puenting

Puenting is the activity in which a person jumps of a high bridge. He or she is attached to the bridge by a rope so that when the person jumps, he or she will swing above the water.
Do you like some adventure? Then is is something for you!

We depart from Curahuasi in the morning and drive for half an hour through the astonishing countryside until we arrive at our starting point the bridge of Kunyak. Here we prepare ourselves for our adventure!

Feel the adrenaline run through your body as you jump from a bridge, only attached by a rope!  In this activity we jump from the Kunyak bridge over the Apurimac river, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Apurimac Canyon in the backdrop. The thrill comes as much from the free-falling as from the rebounds. Afterwards we return by car to relax in the thermal baths of Cconoc. More fun however is to start at this point with rafting and/or tubing and arrive at the baths by boats or inner tires!

It is possible to combine puenting with whitewater tubing and rafting into an exhilarating day of river adventure!
